DC UNIVERSE GAYS

This week’s Batman #12 by Scott Snyder brings a new gay character to the Batverse, the teenage boy named Cullen Row.  He has only appeared one issue, but he has already won my heart.  He is so charismatic I can’t believe.

The story is not centered on the subject of homophobia and homophobic attacks, but they are a very strong element.  Even though I was never a victim of a violent attack, I could totally relate to the situation and I did cry when he was found beaten by his sister, Harper.  

I do hope he becomes an important character and I wouldn´t mind seeing him going through some empowering.  Minorities DO need that.
